Choose from either Standard or Gold Maintenance packages, whichever best suits your needs and budget, this offers a degree of flexibility within your business. Our expert Technical Engineers between them have years of knowledge and experience with a wide range of scanners from Brother, Canon and Epson to Fujitsu and Kodak.
A service contract allows you to cover your scanner for between 3-5 years for a one time cost. This cost covers all telephone and remote support, parts and labor, there are no hidden costs and no extra charges. Scanner service contacts will allow your business operate in the event of a failure with equipment and will improve you business continuity plans. Repairs of broken scanners can often take weeks to wait for the correct parts and have them fitted. With our gold maintenance package we even guarantee to get a machine out to you if you machine cannot be fixed on site.
Damaging scanners is very easy, it only takes a single staple or paperclip to damage a wide range of components from gears, circuit boards and even the glass imaging camera. These components are what make up the main cost of the scanner. Labor charges and costs for specialist parts will often be more expensive than buying a new scanner!
